Dec 2014: Madera Police Department successfully transitioned their CAD, RMS and Mobile users from their previous vendor to Alliance PD from Cyrun. Located in the San Joaquin Valley, Madera is the county seat of Madera County, California. The population of the city is approximately 62,000.

As for Alliance 7 itself, I couldn’t be happier. Everyone loves the change and feels that they are able to complete tasks more quickly and efficiently now. “Intuitive” is a word that I hear the most to describe it. Personally, I love the tabs so I can open one thing without closing another… The Dashboard is also a useful tool, and system access settings are refined nicely.
