I don’t like having issues, no one does. But I have to give Cyrun credit for ALWAYS immediately helping me with any problems. They typically contact me within 10 minutes of my letting them know I’m having an issue and they usually resolve the problem within a half hour. Excellent customer service from knowledgeable technicians.
We went live with Cyrun’s Alliance software in April 2017. It was a smooth process and we received all the needed support and training from Cyrun to be successful. Cyrun is a great option for campus security and police departments to manage their Calls For Service and incident reporting.
Our Police Department choose Cyrun to improve and enhance our CAD, Records and evidence systems. This was our third attempt at switching from a legacy system to a new system and to say the least, our personnel were not excited! Previous cut-overs were time consuming and painful, but this one was different. The project management and installation team were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The project did have some glitches, but seemed easy to work through with Cyrun’s outstanding technical support team. I have recommended this product/company to several agencies though out the western U.S. and Hawaii. The system is user friendly, easy to learn and has the ability to expand with our needs. More importantly, the most positive aspect of the company is their people. It has been a pleasure working with the sales, project management and customer support teams! I highly recommend this company and product to any agency that is looking for a great affordable product with stellar service!
As for Alliance 7 itself, I couldn’t be happier. Everyone loves the change and feels that they are able to complete tasks more quickly and efficiently now. “Intuitive” is a word that I hear the most to describe it. Personally, I love the tabs so I can open one thing without closing another… The Dashboard is also a useful tool, and system access settings are refined nicely.
I really appreciate Cyrun’s project managers, and their abilities. Not only as trainers, but ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining calm. They always kept me in the know and didn’t gloss over the facts.
Before discovering this innovative solution, our department was handwriting log books and transferring data into word documents. As you could imagine the process was time consuming, and flawed…. Alliance software solution has exceeded my expectations. The Alliance software has allowed our staff to maintain our information in one multi-user location, which makes it easy to input and retrieve data as required from any workstation. Alliance has enabled our department to track our officers movements with real time dispatch, which has increased our efficiency. Not to mention the abundance of reporting data that allows the shift managers to expose and rectify their inefficiencies. I could go on and on about the numerous benefits that this software has to offer, but I would rather simply say that Alliance is now the central hub for all communication and data entry for my department.
