Internal e-mail

E-mail is a central tool of the Alliance system. Not only does it provide an important medium of transferring messages between different members of the security department, but it also connects to the internal components of the Alliance system. As officers log into the system, they are automatically notified that certain reports are coming due. Their supervisor is notified as well. If a report is not filed according to its case schedule, both parties are notified again. All internal reports are automatically routed to the appropriate parties, including the Supervisors log, shift log, or RMS reporting. Alliance’s E-mail leads the paperless reports trail as well as initiates timely reminders of required tasks.
