Internal e-mail

E-mail is a central tool of Cyrun’s Software for School Security. Not only does it provide an important medium of transferring messages between authorized users, but it also connects to the internal components of Cyrun’s Software for School Security. As officers and authorized staff log into the system, they are automatically notified when reports are becoming due. Their supervisor is notified as well. If a report is not filed according to its case schedule, both parties are notified again. All internal reports are automatically routed to the appropriate parties, including the Supervisors log, shift log, or RMS reporting. Cyrun’s Software for School Security’s E-mail leads the paperless reports trail as well as initiates timely reminders of required tasks.
