This system was designed to handle individual items or very large groups of items. Each item may be flagged within the system for future process or release after a fixed period of time if the owner has not claimed the item. The property management system was designed to track property for lost and found as well as complex investigations and is capable of following strict chain of custody rules for property and evidence tracking.
Mugshots and Incident Photographs
Alliance allows the security department to capture and store photos associated with incidents or people. This tool can be used to keep track of unwelcome people or photos of incident activity from monitoring cameras. Alliance can search for people by their physical descriptors and display all associated photos.
